Beaverton Stabbing Leaves 1 Dead, 2 Injured; Suspect In Custody

BEAVERTON, OR – One person was killed and two others were injured in a stabbing Wednesday morning at the Murrayhill Marketplace in the Murray Hill neighborhood. Police responded to a report of a robbery around 11:15 a.m. at the Wells Fargo Bank at the marketplace. There, police found that three people had been stabbed, one fatally. Police say that the person they believe responsible for the stabbings stole a car but was caught soon after in Tigard. They have not said yet what might have led to the stabbings, whether the victims were connected or whether they were part of the bank robbery report to which police responded.
