Join us for a FREE Strength, Balance & Stretch Fitness Class every Tuesday from 12:00pm - 1:00pm at our Center! This FREE class is for everyone! Together, with Instructor Meredith, we will strengthen and tone muscles, as well as work on balance and flexibility. This class is suitable for active older adults too!
