Come out for a sober curious and centered night out at ReRooted creating magic for yourself. Come out for a sober curious and centered night at ReRooted plant shop in Ruston! We have created an evening with activities centered around YOU. First you will drop down on the mat for a gentle yoga guided by Katie. She will walk you through how to connect with your body through gentle movement and stretches. We will then be lead into a meditation and cacao ceremony along with a beautiful time for heart sharing. Journal and pens provided! After our movement practice we will each create a eucalyptus shower bundle with Krissy from ReRooted! These bundles have eucalyptus, rosemary, lavendar, and roses perfect for aromatherapy in the shower or hanging anywhere you need extra beauty and love. These bundles will dry and last forever! Or you can hang them in your shower for about 2 months. This will be a sober centered evening. Katie and Krissy both have over 5 years alcohol free and want to create an evening centered around things we love that helped us both choose a life without alcohol for good. Our favorite kombucha drinks, tea, waters, and snacks will be included! The plant shop will be open for shopping and each guest will get 15%off any purchase that evening in the shop! ***Please bring your own mat but we do have some available if you need!
