-Must be 18 years or older -Must have a valid Driver's License and clean driving record -Must have a complete turtle training class and know all emergency procedures in order to ensure safety -Must be proficient and professional in interacting with the general public, face-to-face -Must be comfortable leading and delegating among a group of peers -Must be punctual, meticulous, and reliable -Must be able to stand for an extended period of time -Previous watersports or boating experience is beneficial -Must have or be able to obtain CPR and first-aid certification -MUST be able to pass a Drug Test - We are a Drug-Free Workplace -Preparing and cleaning equipment.
