An introductory consent and boundaries workshop. Our boundaries are constantly moving and evolving as we grow and change. Learning to understand and respect each others (as well as our own) boundaries is a lifelong practice that takes intention and dedication to growth, development and learning. . In this introductory consent and boundaries workshop, we will go over foundational concepts of consent culture and participate in a variety of activities that help generate self and partner/other awareness around consent and boundaries in an effort to better support ourselves, loved ones, and our communities. . COST: Suggested donation $15-$25 . TICKETS: This event will be capped at 15 attendees. Tickets are on a suggested donation basis to help offset event costs. Please no walk-ups. Thank you! . Sonja Leix is a somatic coach who is passionate about embodied personal growth and development. She believes building trust in and connection to the wisdom of the body will help us understand our own boundaries and build courage to navigate consent with others. Sarah Parsons is a dedicated learning designer and event facilitator. She believes in creating brave spaces to help herself and others learn to better support one another, and strives to bring consent knowledge and practice to all spaces. She has led various consent-based classes and workshops, and has received training from a social justice focused organization known as the Superhero Academy. .
