You can apply directly with us at: Job Title: Project Administrator I Location: Raleigh, NC Tower Engineering Professionals is seeking a full-time entry level Project Administrator I in our Raleigh, NC office. As a Project Administrator I, you will serve as an integral member of our Finance Team. This position is permanent to project set up role but can be a stepping stone for candidates to move into AP, AR or General Accounting roles when positions open up. Responsibilities: Assist primary project managers in reporting and organizational duties of large scale, fast paced, nationwide projects. Correspond with project managers daily to provide support for their roles. Coordinate tasks related to new job records and purchase orders. Update trackers and data system as needed/assigned. Contact clients for project documents. Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports for project managers. Responsible for creation of job setup and purchase orders in SiteTracker (Salesforce-based system). Monitor and track project dates and deadlines. Qualifications: Experience working in a fast paced office environment. Outstanding computer skills in Microsoft Office; Knowledge of Excel functions (VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, etc.) is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as keen attention to organization and prioritization of tasks. Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Ability to converse with customers, property owners and other outside entities. 1 to 3 years of accounting/finance experience preferred, but not required. 1 to 3 years of experience in the telecom industry preferred, but not required.
