We are seeking talented, motivated Maintenance Supervisors for our multifamily properties in the Triangle. Requirements: -Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 2-3 years trade related experience, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, interior/exterior building maintenance, and carpentry -Strong working knowledge of all aspects of building maintenance. -EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification required (Type I and II or Universal). -Willing to share on-call with other team member. -Valid driver's license, transportation and tools required. -Background/criminal check and drug test will be conducted.
