This will be an industry roundtable session to discuss the talent needs of biotech and pharmaceutical manufacturing firms in central Ohio. Industry partners will advise on the key job skills needed for entry and early career professionals in this industry. Employers will be a mix of traditional pharmaceutical manufacturers as well as biotech firms, as many of the foundational job competencies are shared between these industries. Feedback from our industry partners will inform future training and educational programs offered by Columbus State to help meet the talent needs of employers. A catered box lunch will be provided to all in person participants during this working lunch meeting.
