Four course wine pairing with Italian food made from scratch Join us this month for another amazing dinner!March's wine dinner features one of our favorite sauces in the first course- a wedge salad with our delicious gorgonzola cream dressing paired with a wonderful Chenin Blanc. The second course is one of our favorite Carrabba's classic appetizers, that unfortunately is no longer on our menu- arancini. The fried risotto and sausage balls are paired with The Family Coppola Cabernet Sauvignon, a Coppola wine we have yet to have! The main course is a spicy tomato based pasta with scallops and burratta cheese (definitely cools down the sauce) with Shatter Grenache. For dessert, we are featuring a decadent butter cake topped with freshly poached fruit medley and ice cream, paired with Banfi Rainstorm Pinot Noir. We hope to see you there!
