EXTERIOR SERVICES TECHNICIAL GlideRite Corporation – Ft. Worth, TX Salary: $16-18 Job Type: Full-time/Part-time Number of hires for this role: 3 Schedule: Flexible Location: Multiple Full Job Description We currently have an exciting new opportunity for an Exterior Services Technician. This person will provide exterior pressure washing, parking lot sweeping, line striping, and other exterior services (as needed) for commercial properties. The Exterior Services Technician is vital in delivering the company’s highest quality and on time customer service. The company will provide all training, equipment, and tools required to perform services. The work is physically demanding and labor intensive. This is not shift work. Services are performed seven (7) days a week both day and night. We are looking for flexible candidates that are available to work day time hours; but, occasional nights and weekends will be required. We are searching for a team player who will be energetic and innovative in this position. Responsibilities: • Works independently and within small teams to provide exterior pressure washing services. • Sweeping, striping, and removing trash and debris from assigned area(s). • Be the primary customer interface while on site, exhibiting courtesy and professionalism ensuring customer needs are addressed. • Set up and tear down of all equipment at the job site, including water reclamation. • Be familiar with technology to be able to utilize mobile applications to produce and complete service tickets, monitor timekeeping, submit reports, and manage expenses in a timely manner. • Keep company vehicle, tools, and equipment organized and properly maintained. • Other duties as assigned Requirements: • NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.
