MYSTRYDE Train is excited to partner with Nix Biosensors to provide a FREE sweat tracking and analysis during our March 12th long run event!
On Saturday, March 12th, MYSTRYDE Train will be hosting a FREE group long run open to all from the MYSTRYDE South Boston studio. On site that day, our friends from Nix Biosensors will be offering a FREE sweat analysis to any runners who wish to participate. Nix is a locally owned company that is developing a sweat-based biometric sensor to monitor hydration levels for athletes. This is perfect opportunity to get some personalized data on exactly what you are losing in sweat during your long run, and how to properly account for that in your fueling and hydration strategies. After you receive your data, we'll host a post-analysis workshop via zoom with our resident dietitian and fueling coach, Amanda Waldron, to go through how to use that data to fuel smarter.
The sweat trackers are a small wearable device that attaches to your arm and measures your sweat loss and composition throughout your run. It is FREE to participate, but you must arrive at least 20 minutes before the 8AM run in order to get set up with your tracker.
