The purpose of this conference is to empower all women who attend through participation activities, open discussion, and etc. As women, we need to connect, educate, and empower one another. Many of us navigated a male-dominated industry without seeing any female role models. Through this network, we want to share experience and expertise, to help women do this more efficiently. We will have women businesses, 4 guest speakers, raffles, activities, etc.
