My name is Brian. I have an acoustic band named "Manzanita". I am looking for a Bass player for the band. If you like to play at a moderate volume level, with vocals, acoustic guitars and percussion, this may be the band for you. Manzanita plays originals and covers. The mix is dependent on the type of performance we are doing. My originals have a lot of opportunities for a Bass player with the right rhythmic feel and expertise, to shine, while remaining a team player in any given song. The originals are well-crafted and run the range of slow ballads through medium paced songs to fast numbers. The members of this band simply have a lot of fun together and this translates to the audience, which is really what Manzanita is all about.
