Garvies Point Brewery and Root to Rise have partnered to bring you Yoga at the Brewery on Saturday, March 12th. Garvies Point Brewery and Root to Rise have partnered to bring you Yoga at the Brewery on Saturday, March 12th. Lindsey Steinberg of Root to Rise will be leading her signature heart-and-soul expanding vinyasa flow, an energy-packed class for all levels! Participants will be guided through a 60-minute yoga flow, flowed by a complimentary pour of Garvies Point Craft Brewery beer in our tasting room. Please bring your own mat, and any props you may include in your practice. Class will be held from 10:45 - 11:45 am. Due to limited space, please be sure to pre-register and arrive 15 minutes early to set up (class will begin promptly at 10:45). We’ll meet you on the mat. Cheers!
