Construction General Laborer Needed!

Schedule: Monday-Friday; occasional Saturdays Candidate will work in conjunction with the Project Manager and Superintendents. General responsibilities to include but not limited to: Candidate must have experience with the following: • working knowledge of general construction • material pickup and delivery • general cleanup of project site; assist Super in holding Subs accountable for cleanup o secure and manage temporary labor staffing • drywall patching and painting • minor mechanical, electrical, and plumbing experience • skid steer operator • Osha regulations and standards – must have or take at least the Osha 10 certification • Conex box and store room inventory control and organization Candidate will be provided a company truck and must possess the following: • good driving record & ability to pass background check • ability to lift 50 – 100 pounds • ability to use Outlook for email and MS Excel • excellent time management skills Candidate will be provided company shirts and expected to wear each day.
