Description
Schedule: Monday-Friday; occasional Saturdays
Candidate will work in conjunction with the Project Manager and Superintendents. General responsibilities to include but not limited to:
Candidate must have experience with the following:
• working knowledge of general construction
• material pickup and delivery
• general cleanup of project site; assist Super in holding Subs accountable for cleanup
o secure and manage temporary labor staffing
• drywall patching and painting
• minor mechanical, electrical, and plumbing experience
• skid steer operator
• Osha regulations and standards – must have or take at least the Osha 10 certification
• Conex box and store room inventory control and organization
Candidate will be provided a company truck and must possess the following:
• good driving record & ability to pass background check
• ability to lift 50 – 100 pounds
• ability to use Outlook for email and MS Excel
• excellent time management skills
Candidate will be provided company shirts and expected to wear each day. All employees are expected to dress professionally, ie., clean shirts and jeans and appropriate boots.
