Responsibilities: Assist with various duties such as; watering landscaping, keeping community and job sites clean and trash free as well as various other tasks. Follow the directions of the on-site Construction Manager for daily tasks and expectations for jobsite and community. Requirements: • Ability to lift, carry and holds materials, tools and supplies. • Must be at least 18 years of age. • Must be in good physical condition. • Must be able to legally operate a vehicle. • Must own and operate any size truck/van for job site duties. • Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures. • Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in detail. • Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely. • Speak, read and write in English.
