Katie showcases a dynamic and versatile workout style to keep you motivated and interested throughout your workout. You can expect a high energy HIIT (High intensity interval training) workout that combines cardio and plyometric movements to get your heart rate up as well as resistance based movements to work on strength. This is a full body and core workout that includes some balance and stretching movements as well.
Modifications: all ability levels; modifications for injury and skill level
The only thing needed for this workout is a mat, water, and a good attitude!
