Welcome aboard the first annual Los Angeles Harbor Hop! Join us on the historic SS Lane Victory in San Pedro, California for an outdoor Swing dance event with "South Pacific" vibes. The Moontones will be performing their signiture Swingin' Jump Blues sound for your dancing pleasure, and The Satin Dollz will entertain you with their 1940's USO and Tiki show! Miss Harbor Hop Pin-Up Contest presented by Crash the Party Vintage! Professor Watson spinning vintage Swing and Jump Blues. A museum tour of the SS Lane Victory! Dress code: Nautical, Tiki, Navy, Vintage or Vintage-inspired day time attire Classic Cars • Vendors • Food Truck Beginning Swing Dance Lesson by Professor Watson & Chelsea Beach. NO Alcohol and Smoking aboard the ship, but refreshments will be sold. All Ages • Kids under 12 get in for free SS Lane Victory is an American Victory-class cargo ship used in World War II, the Korean War and Vietnam War. The ship was preserved in 1989 to serve as a museum ship in the San Pedro area of Los Angeles, California. As a rare surviving Victory ship, she was designated a U.S. National Historic Landmark. A portion of the proceeds go to preserving the SS Lane Victory.
