Let’s do some friendly boxing training!
I’ve got mitts for mitt work, got a pair of 16 ounce gloves, got a boxing helmet, and a mouth guard.
You just need your own gloves, mouth guard, and headgear if you want, and we can do some fun and healthy training.
We can jump the rope, which I have too, to warm up.
We can jog, do some sit ups, hit the mitts, and do some light to moderate sparring as well to sharpen our skills and reflexes.
We can meet at one of the local parks, get some fresh air, work our cardio and level up.
Once a week, preferably on a Saturday or Sunday works for me, I’m flexible time wise, and an willing and able to accommodate your schedule as well if weekends don’t work for you.
