About: Camron Ridge is a small family farm that uses organic practices to grow a variety of vegetables and fruit varieties in Jefferson Oregon. We are passionate about growing the highest quality food using sustainable and organic practices. We are dedicated to soil health and fertility with responsible, minimal tillage and we encourage organic matter incorporating compost and cover crops.

Responsibilities:
• Assist head cook by washing, chopping, and preparing vegetables to cook or store
• Ensure kitchen equipment and appliances are ready for use
• Always maintain a clean and hygienic work environment
• Prepare soups, pies, salads, salad dressings, sauces, and pickling
• Become familiar with the menus
• Cleaning and dishwashing
Qualifications:
• Strong multitasking skills
• Good understanding of ingredients, recipes, kitchen safety and hygiene
• Passionate about farm to table cooking
• Familiar with general kitchen equipment and appliances
• Able to follow instructions accurately and efficiently
• Good communication skills
• Physically able to stand and move for long periods of time
Hours: 10 – 15hrs per week. Weeknights: 4 – 9pm days vary 2-3days depending on season
Pay: $14 - $15 per hour DOE
