You all have been waiting, so here it is! Join us to discuss Credit and Financial Literacy✨ It’s no secret that the housing market has become pretty competitive. It’s also noted that even Landlords/Homeowners have raised the bar with their application requirements. This educational seminar will be held for renters in the city of Chicago (Housing Choice Voucher recipients included) to teach renters on the growing importance of credit history to gain housing, whether to rent or buy. The seminar will be hosted by Kadeidra Sharkey, Real Estate Agent affiliated with Coldwell Banker Realty and Steven Lindsey, Credit Repair Consultant. Refreshments will be provided.
