Experienced Remodel Construction Worker

Small construction company looking for an experienced construction worker for a variety of remodeling duties. Must be able to read a tape measure and have some construction experience. MUST have own vehicle for transportation. This position is for 30-40 hours per week. Duties will include (but not limited to): demo, framing, painting, light electrical and plumbing, tile, flooring, general labor. Must be a self-motivated individual with the ability to work with a partner or by themselves. Must have the ability to work when needed on a Monday - Friday basis with typical hours between 8a and 4:30p. If you are dependent on 40 hours every week, then this job would not be for you as hours fluctuate weekly. Pay will be based on experience and skill level.
