This is the Athletic Registration for the Texas Scottish Festival Highland Games Competition being held May 6,2022- May 8,2022. 2022 Texas Scottish Festival Highland Games Athlete Registration Friday, May 6th, 2022 - Sunday, May 8th, 2022 This is the athletic registration for the Highland Games Competition at the Texas Scottish Festival. Registration will close on April 22nd, 2022 without exception. Entries are limited and athletes will be registered on a first come first served basis until the class fills. Competition will go as follows: Friday, May 6th: Novice Class Only.Sign-in 5:30-6pm at the Athletic Tent. Competition will begin at 6pm.Saturday Morning, May 7th: Masters classes and  Women ClassesClasses will sign-in 9-9:30 and competition will begin promptly at 10:00am.Saturday Afternoon, May 7th: A Class and Pro Class (Men and Women).A Class sign-in at 12:00-12:30p and begin competition at 12:30pm.Pro Class sign-in 1:30-2pm and begin throwing at 2pm.Sunday, May 8th: B Class, C Class, Light Weight ClassLight Weight and C Class will sign-in 9:30 - 10am. Competition begins 10:00am.B Class will Sign-in at 10:30 am and competition begins at 11:00a.All 9 events will be contested in each class using the prescribed weights for that class. If you have any questions about what class you should enter, please refer to the table below. If in the past year you have 5 events with distances or heights greater than or equal to the distances listed in the table below for a given class, you should enter that class regardless of your other throws. NOTE: Not all 5 events need to have been in the same competition.    I hope that you will join us for the 2022 athletic competition as a competitor or spectator.
