Join us for our 3rd installment in our Yoga by Sheri series on Tuesday. March 15th. Sheri will lead us in breathing, stretching, and meditation starting with our hour class.
Beginner to yoga? No worries at all. This class is great for everyone since many of the moves can be adjusted according to your comfort level.
After the class, we will enjoy a charcuterie spread with an Irish flare along with boozy Shamrock Shakes & other tasty treats!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please make sure to bring your own yoga mat, water bottle & towel. While we do have a bathroom, we encourage you to be dressed and ready for the class when you arrive, if possible.
