Nico is a 3-year-old Husky who was surrendered to our rescue when his owners had to move to a small apartment and did not have space for him. His owners took great care of him and not only met his needs but also did some basic training with him, so he's a well-behaved gentleman who is ready to find his forever home! Here's the report from his foster home, where he lives with another adult Husky! Nico is super mellow, and it didn’t take him any time at all to be comfortable in our home. He enjoyed his car ride (jumped right in and laid down in the back for the duration) and he settled in right away when we got to the house. He is not a cuddler but will ask for head scratches by putting his head under your hand. He’ll also show affection by putting his head on your shoulder or chest when you’re laying down or leaning into you. He isn’t a velcro dog but is curious (especially when he hears food/bags opening) and enjoys being in the same room as the family. Please check out our website to read more about Nico.
