Has anyone seen this man? He is my brother and I haven't spoken to him in almost a year. The number I have for him goes straight to saying "this phone is not in service." His name is Kenneth Dawson, he's 29/yo and black. He's 5'11"- 6'0". If anyone has information that could help, please email me.
