Once you make the right on Girard, pull into the first driveway on the right side of the street.  You will then pull into the left lane of the driveway, and drive through into the Visitor Parking lot.   Once you park, enter the elevators closest to the entrance of the garage labeled Welcome Center, to the third floor.
