Wine tasting with Nate Thompson of Timshel Vineyards at Central Coast Wines located in downtown SLO during Farmers Market on March 10th! Central Coast Wines is excited to announce the return of our bi-weekly winemaker tasting events during Farmers Market nights in downtown SLO! We are a local wine shop and a tasting room specializing in organic, biodynamic, natural, small production & hard to find wines. On March 10th we are lucky to have one of our local talented winemakers pour and describe his own wines. Here's a little bit about Nate Thompson of Timshel Vineyards: "Nate has been in the wine industry for 10 years farming grapes and making wine. He has worked with some of the best winemakers and growers in California including J.Lohr, Wildhorse, Buena Vista, and Vina Robles. His approach to making award-winning wines is tied directly to practices while growing the grapes in the vineyard. Organic and sustainable farming is a part of Nate’s passion and commitment to producing wines that are handcrafted from vine to barrel to bottle. Nate strives to present the quality and uniqueness each terroir has to offer.
