In search of small rent able space for woodworking. Only need about 250 sq ft, any more is a plus. Open space and electrical outlets preferred. We (roommate and I) will be using the space for building furniture, mostly as a hobby / side hustle. Willing to negotiate for a monthly fee or custom work, whichever tickles your fancy. We threw in some photos below of a couple things we've made.
