The ONLY brunch & networking event you need to be at this March! Springtime is around the corner and it's time to be GET IN THE MIX! ABOUT POP OF CULTURE Pop of Culture is a global community that supports and celebrates Black entrepreneurs and creatives through multi-city events, networking, and marketing. We have dope popup events not only in Chicago, but also in Atlanta, Chicago, New York City and Washington D.C. We also curate art events, artist showcase nights, and mixers. Our mission is to create an ecosystem, centered around business and entertainment, that provides superior value and opportunities for those within it. ABOUT THE EVENT On March 27th, we are having the first IN THE MIX brunch and networking event for Black entrepreneurs, creatives, and professionals in Chicago. This event is meant to showcase the essence of Pop of Culture, while bringing together like minds. Unlike other networking events, we are intentional about creating the environment for people to actually MIX UP and get acquainted with people they don't know. Check out the itinerary: 12 pm - 1:30 pm: BRUNCH & BE FREE During this time, attendees will enjoy a beautiful and delicious brunch spread prepared by a local Chicago chef. Yes, there will be MIMOSAS. There will also be an open bar! These are included with your ticket. This is the time to indulge, meet new faces, and get some great pics in! 1:30 pm - 2:00 pm: For the Love of Art The venue we are using, NYCH Gallery, is a Black-owned art gallery that highlights artwork from various artists from across the country. During this time, you'll learn more about the feature artwork in the space and be able to walk around and take it all in. This is also a great time to connect with the other art lovers in the room. 2:00 pm-3:30 pm: Get In The Mix During this time, you'll participate in a series of engaging activities, games, and conversations that will: -Give you more insight into Pop of Culture and the community we're building -Get you out of your comfort zone -Push you to have real conversations and interactions with the other entrepreneurs, creatives, and professionals in the room -Release some stress and allow you to have some FUN! 3:30-4:00 pm: It's About That Time During this time, you'll have the opportunity to make any last connections you need to make, take some more pictures, grab some more drinks, and you'll receive a limited edition "Create the Culture" by Pop of Culture tote bag.
