How to Retrieve my Clocks from Clocksmith/ Both Owner’s Deceased

Description

I’m trying to find someone who has successfully gotten back their Clocks (2021 to present) that they OWN that they had in for repairs at: Clocksmith Antique and Vintage Clocks, located at 806 El Camino Real, San Carlos, CA. 94070. I knew Fred and Penny Bausch for some 20-25 years..such a sad loss. Sadly with Fred Passing and then Penny, I know it’s been awful for the family. Regardless of a Trust Vs Will and Probate, verifiable customer property shouldn’t be held in estate hostage. Their nephew had put a message on the business answering machine, stating give your name, contact, owner ticket stub numbers or email… I did both, with verbal stated proof of ownership stubs, and then sent pictures of stubs and clock pictures via email. Then phone was disconnected. I have no idea if they read emails. It didn’t bounce back at least.. I stopped at USPS that is right by the property, to ask if a change of address has been instituted. Post person, said no, mail is still active for business address. I put my detailed letter into their mailbox slot at the business. I figured it might be difficult to get someone to sign for a Certified Letter, Mid December, 2021. Windows have paper taped over them, I see some clocks are still in the Sales display areas, (but quite a few iconic clocks I knew places they sat are gone)… I’ve heard absolutely nothing from family who worked for Fred and Penny, their nephew, Cousin or sister of Penny. If someone knows them personally, and has alternate numbers to contact any of these Family members, I would so appreciate the help! Thank you in advance.
