If you' re a senior who needs some help at home to remain independent, I will be your companion who can do it all: be your personal home assistant, perform light cooking and laundry, grocery shopping, drive you to medical appointments ( your car) and run errands, take walks and go on outings, feeding and walking dog, and help you get started with exercise, yoga or meditation. I' a student of Eastern medicine and culture, have restaurant cooking experience, valid Ca driver's license, and am CNA certified, college educated. I'm punctual, responsible, and honest. I'd like to work with in about a 10 mile radius of Daly city, and am available 30 hrs a week, my rate is $40/hour.
