We are searching for skilled Tech's in Greenfield and un-skilled helpers in Oak Creek. Daily work load includes apartment make readies, work orders and property maintaining at our apartment buildings in the Greenfield and Oak Creek area! We are seeking skilled and un-skilled Techs to fill positions on our maintenance department team. If you want to work and have a good attitude you will be considered. Pay is based on your experience and your skills. If you have any HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing or you are a Jack of all Master of none - combination of those skills we want you for our team!
