We are searching for motivated people to help with make readies and work orders at apartment buildings in the Oak Creek area. We are seeking Maintenance Technician Helpers to fill positions on our maintenance department team. If you want to work and have a good attitude you will be considered. Pay is based on experience with no experience necessary. Any skills that you have such as HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Jack of all, Master of none will increase the base hourly pay.
