Join us for a morning of baby-free connection, light movement, speakers in the pelvic health and postpartum industry and delicious local treats!

Morning Breakdown:
A quick breath work and pelvic health warm up30 minutes of body-weight movement focusing on core and glute strengthening. (modifications for pregnant, newly postpartum, pelvic pain, urinary incontinence or prolapse)Tacos, Blenders & Bowls, Coffee (no kids = uninterrupted snacks and hot coffee- YES PLEASE!) A few short talks including Jessica from Lady Bird PT and Jeanne from I Am NurturedTime to connect with Austin's amazing postpartum community.What to bring:

How to find us: We'll be set up by Rock Island in the middle of Zilker Park. Never heard of it? No worries. When you get to Zilker you'll see a big rock formation in the middle of the park. We'll be there!
