We open a hybrid experience for non-conference attendees to participate during our closing dinner after our three-day national conference. We offer this time for the National Fathers of the Year Awards followed by our National Leadership Awards. Fathers and Families Coalition of America hosts Dr. Ramon and Dr. Yolanda Nieves Family Affair Awards during our national conference last day, Friday, March 11th. The awards ceremony is an opportunity to hear from the voices of those who have overcome adversity, a celebration of life, commitment to others, dedication as fathers, and much more as part of modeling the strengths of leadership, fatherhood, marriage, and family.
