R&B vibe experience hosted by The Triumphant Angel and DJ L.I.. A night of self love for males and females from ages 18 and up. REQUIREMENTS FOR EXPERIENCE: -A workshop bag. Bring a bag that you use exclusively for class. You can keep all your supplies in there all the time so personal items do not get lost or stolen. -A water bottle. You should be drinking water regularly throughout your experience so you stay hydrated. -A blanket or mat. During this experience, we will hold a group meditation session during our warm-ups. To be comfortable as possible, it's optional for you to bring a blanket or something to lay on. -A snack. In addition to plenty of water, you'll need a snack too to keep energized. -A good attitude. When you first come to this experience, you might be intimidated. But if you're open to making friends and learning new things, you'll be having a blast in no time at all -Loose clothing of any kind is accepted. Sweatpants, baggy jeans, and oversized t-shirts are examples of loose clothing. Only closed toe shoes for accurate and secured movements. Dress comfortable. As long as you feel good, you'll look even better. This experience is about feelings, not appearance. -The vibe is great alone, but the experience is better when you bring a friend. Don't be too shy to invite someone. -This night is about self love, so only come with great vibes and positive thoughts.
