Join GreenTown Los Altos for a bike ride to visit homes where lawns have been replaced with drought tolerant landscaping.
The bike ride starts at Loyola Elementary School and proceeds to four homes to hear from homeowners about their landscaping experience. The final stop is at Woodland Library to see the native garden created by a Girl Scout in 2017 with the help of GreenTown.
It's a short ride, only 3 miles round trip, but filled with lots of good information.
Registration starts at 9:00, the ride takes off at 9:30, and with all of the stops it will take at least two hours.
