Our small, residential electrical company is currently seeking a very skilled and experienced residential electricians to join the team. You will work as the lead of a small crew as well as independently on new construction, remodels, and service calls. We perform all of our jobs to the most stringent quality standards. Looking for foreman level individual who can run a job site. We provide a company Van and tools if needed, Come apply with a team that is very eager to succeed together. Responsibilities: * Handle new construction and remodel projects independently with little direction or as the lead man of a small crew * Design circuits and wire complete residential electrical systems from start to finish independently * Answer service calls and troubleshoot electrical issues for customers * Adhere to all company work protocols & stringent quality standards Qualifications: * 5+ years residential experience * Must be experienced in remodels * Must have complete knowledge of NEC and follow current codes * Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills * Experience with panel upgrades * Able to install PVC, EMT, Flex, & MC * Able to trace short circuits in wiring * Proficiency in examining electrical units for loose connections by using basic hand tools * Able to read blueprints, legend symbols, scale of plan, branch circuits, one-line and riser diagram * We will provide a Van * Experience in commercial a plus, but not required * Spanish language skills a plus,
