GLENDORA, CA — A brushfire near Angeles National Forest in the Glendora area was stopped at two acres of vegetation, authorities said Monday The fire was reported at 10:45 p.m. Sunday along Glendora Mountain Road at Glendora Ridge Motorway, Los Angeles County Fire Department Dispatch Supervisor Michael Pittman said. No injuries were reported and no structures were threatened, Pittman said. Firefighters with the U.S. Forest Service and Los Angeles County stopped the forward progress of the fire at two acres, he said, and remain on the scene Monday morning to monitor the area.
