Description

We need help sewing the carrying straps for our educational products. We can provide the material for the straps. Individual needs to have a JUKI industrial sewing machine. The stitch is a 3/4 inch zig zag tacking stitch. Here are the steps involved in cutting the belting and sewing the straps. 1. Lay the belting on a yardstick, mark the belting at 35 1/2 inches then cut the belting at 41 inches. 2. Take the far end of the belting and line it up to the marking at 35 1/2 inches. 3. Sew two rows of tack stitching, one below each other. 4. Flip the belt over and sew two additional rows to make a handle. Presently, we need to have 1,000 straps sewn. We can pay $1 per strap and we are interested in having 250 straps sewn for each of four weeks. We estimate it will take 8 hours to sew 250 straps.
