The RAGE Project will be hosting a celebration for their HEAL Fellowship Cohort 1 at Our Place Events & Kitchen in Sacramento, CA! In April 2020, The Race and Gender Equity Project launched its first ever HEAL Fellowship (Healing, Entrepreneurism And Leadership). The HEAL Fellowship provided group and individual coaching, master classes and monetary stipends to Black youth under the age of 25, who were starting or expanding a business. Their businesses center healing in unique ways (either their own healing and economic empowerment, or the healing of others in their community). 14 HEAL Fellows were invited to participate in Cohort 1. As we approach the end of the program we would like to showcase the work of our HEAL Fellows and provide a space in which they can network with their peers and allies. Come enjoy music & light hors d'oeuvres, meet our coaches, and learn more about the phenomenal work of some of Sacramento’s finest Black youth entrepreneurs. Our Space Event Space and Kitchen is a Black-owned venue in historic Old Sacramento whose signature is creative and tasteful designs with incredible attention to detail.
