Thank you for visiting Prom Dresses To Give 2022 Registration. All attendees MUST register for an appointment time slot, please only attend at the time slot that you're provided. Attendees must come on-time, no exceptions. Eligible Participants: Senior H.S Students attending school within Los Angeles Unified School District. Participants are allowed one guest to accompany them, they must follow CDC Guidelines. Please DO NOT order a ticket for guests. COVID- 19 Health & Safety Guidelines Following Los Angeles County public health guidelines and for the safety of all attendees and volunteers below are the COVID-19 health and safety guidelines PROM DRESS TO GIVE has put in place. Attendees/Guests: All attendees will be required to present either proof of full vaccination status (two weeks since your final dose) or a negative COVID-19 test (PCR) within the last 48hrs. A photo ID (school ID- okay for students) matching the name on vaccination or negative test record will be required. Student must also complete and present LASUD daily pass. Face Coverings: Face coverings must be worn at all times regardless of vaccination status, unless actively eating or drinking. Face coverings must be worn correctly, covering the nose and mouth. Volunteers: All volunteers will be required to present either proof of full vaccination status (two weeks since your final dose) or a negative COVID-19 test (PCR) within the last 48hrs. A photo ID matching the name on vaccination or negative test record will be required.
