Water tank / ceiling fan installation

Hello. Very simply put, I have installed 2 ceiling fans in my porch with fan boxes. Everything is wired correctly with the right gauge wire and the right breaker. The city is asking me to pull a permit with a contractor since its a vacation rental home and I need to borrow someone’s CSC electrician license for the permit application on the bottom right section of the Broward permit app. You can verify that everything is good obviously, and id pay you for your time and license on the app since the form would need your notarization. Additionally, I need someone’s plumbing CSC license number to fill out a permit app as the water tank never had a permit pulled and I bought the permit-less tank with the house unbeknownst to myself. I ran the correct #10 wire and flex conduit to it. Again I just need someones license for the permit application for the electrical and the plumbing. But yes You can obviously check the dialectic unions, check the pan, check the tpr and check the run to make sure plumbing and electrical on the tank are good. Its your license and your notarization and your name that the city inspector will sign off with. I understand. Just dont charge me one million dollars to kindly use your license(s). And ask to do substantial rework. Im not going to accept.. i hope you understand. **To reiterate the permit is already pulled, I just need fresh applications with the licenses to update the point of contact since the city is not letting me pull the permit as an owner builder. I have them pre typed and ready to go and i can email them to you with your section blank. Would need a fill-out, notarization and scan/email back to me, i email it to my city POC, she schedules the inspection and we are good to go. All 3 components (ceiling fan installation, water tank plumbing and water tank electricity) will fall under the same existing permit #. Im working closely with the city expediter to have everything updated asap and i am reiterating everything that she has told me. Im just obviously not going to pay for rework all over again since I already did the job and made sure everything is within code and spec. EASIEST WORK YOULL EVER DO.
