This class series will be based on four Triple P Discussion Workbook Series. Book excerpt: "When teenagers become emotional it can be difficult for parents to know [how to] calm them down. This workbook looks at some of the reasons why teenagers become emotional and gives some practical suggestions to help you teach your teenager how manage their emotions and manage any problems."
