Join us in Downtown Anaheim for FREE outdoor fitness sessions, healthy food, gym specials, and more! Get your body moving at our very first outdoor fitness festival! Register for FREE fitness sessions throughout the day. Ranging from Zumba and Pilates to HIIT and yoga, there will be something for every skill level! After working out, grab a healthy bite from one of our food vendors or discover new fitness-related businesses. Fitness Session Schedule *REGISTRATION REQUIRED FOR PARTICIPATION. ALL SESSIONS ARE FOR AGES 12 AND UP* 10:00am - 10:30am Vinyasa with Good Moodra Yoga 10:40am - 11:10am HIIT & Cardio with Alyss Chacon 11:20am - 11:50am Calorie Burner with Orangetheory Fitness 12:00pm - 12:30pm Full Body Blast with Gabby Castorena 12:40pm - 1:10 pm Restorative/Yin Yoga with ON7 Studio Session Descriptions Vinyasa - *YOGA MAT REQUIRED* Come flow with Good Moodra Yoga for a 30-Minute all-levels Vinyasa class. Vinyasa translates directly to “movement with breath", commonly referred to as “flow” yoga. Poses will be modified for beginners and advanced students so each person can add difficulty or ease to their practice. HIIT & Cardio - Get your body moving with a HIIT X Cardio session that will build endurance through plyometric movement. No equipment is needed! Calorie Burner - During the heart-rate based HIIT workout, your coach will guide you through our 5 different heart rate zones: resting, easy, challenging, uncomfortable and All Out, telling you when to push harder and when to pull back for recovery. The goal is to spend 12 minutes or more with your heart rate elevated in “The Orange Zone” to boost your metabolism, burn fat and burn more calories. Full Body Blast - *WORKOUT MAT REQUIRED, PERSONAL TOWEL OPTIONAL* Join Gabby from Ponderosa fitness for a full body workout. Push yourself through 3 circuits repeated for 3 sets (set 1: 40 seconds, set 2: 30 seconds, and set 3: 20 seconds long). Each circuit is composed of 3 bodyweight exercises, a combination of upper body, lower body, abs, cardio. Restorative/Yin Yoga - *YOGA MAT REQUIRED* Join On7 for a slow-paced blend of restorative and Yin Yoga. This session will help alleviate mind-body tension while targeting your connective tissues. Yin Yoga can be described as a "cooling" practice that targets the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body. Restorative Yoga is a slow, mellow, relaxing, low energy and low-impact based practice where the intention is to relax as far as possible into the postures, using as little physical effort as possible.
