Tile floor installation in kitchen

Looking for someone experienced with tile installation who can install tile floor in a kitchen. This is for tile floor installation only, no backsplash, nothing else but floor, not even baseboards as I will install these myself later. Dimensions: about 11' x 12' All prep work will be done beforehand, it will be bare concrete. There are also bathrooms that need tile put in that can be done after this, as long as the kitchen installation goes well, so we can discuss that after. Please reply with info about: - what would you charge for this - about how many days would it take - do you have a tile saw or would I need to rent one? - are there any other tools that would be needed that you do not have that I would need to rent?
