INNER SYNC AGENDA: Doors open/Check-in: 1:00-1:30pm Sound Bath Guided-Meditation: 2:00-3:00pm Community Meal/Connection/Music: 3:00-6:00pm We present to you, Inner Sync, a community circle that provides the space for a special individual like you to have the time to connect and recharge. A Sound Bath, guided-meditation created with the intention to assist you into an inward, deep meditative state of heart grounding and equanimity. Your inner growth and connection to higher self is very unique which brings about infinite possibilities and ways to connect and recharge. Whether you want to introspect, release, relax, go into a deep sleep, or connect with a spirit guide, Inner Sync is all about you and your higher self, your peace of soul. This is a free of charge circle gathering (donations are welcomed if you feel called to it). All that it is appreciated from Illumin8 is your beautiful presence & your reverence, compassion, & loving-kindness to oneself and others & being open to receiving the spiritual vibrations. Following the Sound Bath, is our community meal/connection/music, where you are able to connect and eat food with other members of the community. Flavor Lab will be serving their delicious, soulful, plant-based food. We will also be having some amazing local artists play some beautiful acoustic tunes for you! RSVP is REQUIRED to attend.
