This bathroom need floor tile, toilet, ceiling, clean tile and fix and errors, install shower head/knob, and paint. The vanity needs new paint and installation of vanity and light fixture. I will purchase all necessary materials. You will have to have your own tools. I'm expecting a clean and neat job. I pay after completion. So if you can complete the job in 1 day then you'll get paid that day. If you have to come back the next day then you'll get paid on the day you finish. Must have identification. compensation: $500 for labor. You must have your own tools and equipment
