Warehouse Team Member Job Description • Working alongside the Inventory and Warehouse Department this candidate will be in close communication primarily with the Inventory department and work with the Operations department when needed. Looking for a self-starting, motivated hardworking individual who can pull orders, load them onto our trucks and operate a forklift. Primary Duties • Pull orders from warehouse for projects typically day(s) before the project starts from the packing list provided by the office. • Keeping track of what tools and materials go out to jobs and what comes back from jobs. Signing out tools and equipment to other team members on jobsites and signing them back in when returned • Unloading orders, counting them in and verifying quantities from vendors with the company forklift • Keeping the warehouse in clean and operational order • Delivering materials to jobs when needed • Picking up materials or supplies from vendors when needed • Work from pick slips, shipping or receiving documents to maintain accurate inventories and ship products on a timely basis. • Receive orders for shipments from Vendors • Select stock from picking orders and place in holding area. • Pack complete orders and move to staging areas. • Receive incoming stock, returns and material deliveries. • Check for accuracy of items, quantities and damages. • Load and unload company and vendor trucks as needed. • Expedite rush and priority orders. • Review back orders and postdated orders for shipments and orders. • Select cartons, packing and labeling to ensure security of products in transit. • Build skids, crates, boxes and export packages. Minimum Requirements • Valid Driver’s License • Forklift Experience • Able to Lift 75 pounds • Basic computer Knowledge Hourly Rate and Notes • This position starts at 17 dollars an hour • This is an hourly position, 30 to 40 hours of work a week is expected, but not guaranteed • As the Warehouse Team Member becomes acclimated with this job and would like more hours, there may be opportunities to work with the operations department out in the field on projects when primary duties listed here are complete.
